I have been working with Heather for about a month. We workout twice a week and I am seeing results already! I took one of her weight classes about 6 years ago and loved it. I told her if she ever does personal training to let me know. She asked me if I was interested about 2 months ago and I said definitely! What I like about Heather is that she does a fitness plan for you and is always asking me if she needs to change anything or if I want to work on something more! She is also very fun to work with too! I would recommend her 100%, she is the best trainer and I have had other trainers.

Heather is AMAZING! Not only as a trainer but as a person. She has helped me so much with her encouragement and motivation and I believe she has helped me with my weight loss of almost 40 pounds. Every session with her made me come out feeling like I pushed myself and accomplished my goal! Her sessions are always full of energy and super fun so the time seems to go by so fast.

She was able to instruct me without being intimidating but was direct and thorough in our personal training sessions, never making me feel bad about how well I was doing during our sessions. I actually left town a few times due & she personalized a workout for me to do at the hotel gym so I could continue hitting my goals. Our training sessions were never repetitive either. She always had something new for me to do. I don't recall any of my personal training sessions being repeated. Heather is an amazing fitness trainer! Before the pandemic, I really enjoyed her strength classes. I did the "lift your floor & tighten your core" program with her and I can't recommend it enough. The exercises are easy to follow with minimal props. Also, they're only about 10 minutes a day which is easy to fit into any schedule. After 9 weeks, I definitely noticed an improvement in overall muscle strength. Heather is super accessible so if you have any questions about the exercises and the program, she responds quickly and checks in with you regularly throughout the program.
I did the pelvic floor program. Heather offers some great, simple but effective exercises that can be done anywhere. Her program is good for all ages and levels of fitness. Give it a try!
