As a wife and a mom to three boys, I appreciate the importance of investing time into self-care. I also understand how challenging it can be to find time to workout and take care of you. That's why my workouts are both effective and efficient. My workouts can be done from the convenience of your home and my nutrition plans are flexible.
My personal health and fitness journey allows me to fully understand and relate to how clients are feeling and the challenges they experience as they commit to changing their health. After struggling with my weight throughout my 20's and living a very sedentary lifestyle, I decided that I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. After the birth of my twin boys in 2012, I recognized the need to improve my health. I committed to consistent exercise and proper nutrition and lost over 100 pounds.
In 2019, I suffered the heart break of a miscarriage and then in 2020 was blessed with our third son. After the birth of our third son and going through the emotional turmoil of a pregnancy loss, I once again transformed both my mindset and my body.
Through consistency, balance, and moderation in both my workouts as well as my nutritional habits, my body came back even stronger. I feel happy, healthy, and empowered to help you to succeed in your personal health journey.
As a fitness professional and nutrition coach who has experienced a health and fitness journey myself, I take a compassionate and empathetic approach to coaching. We all begin our journey to better health from a different place and we all face challenges and experience setbacks along the way.
I'm not the personal trainer and nutrition coach who has been fit and thin my entire life. I've been a size 20, I've been a size 4, and I've been literally every size in between.
I know what it's like to be out of breath after walking up one flight of stairs. I know how it feels to struggle with your weight and with food. I understand what it's like not feeling confident in your own skin and how overwhelming it can be to initiate those changes to your lifestyle.
I also know what it takes to permanently change your mindset, form new healthy habits, and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that is balanced and non-restrictive.
My goal is to educate, motivate, encourage, inspire, and empower others to work towards becoming the healthiest, happiest, strongest, and most confident versions of themselves.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Virtual Coaching Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Saint Mary's College and my Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
I've been a health & fitness professional since 2015 helping clients look and feel their best. I specialize in weight loss, strength training/toning, and improving athletic performance.
