Welcome to Mind Move Muscle! I'm here to support you through your health, fitness, and nutrition journey. I believe that consistency and balance are the keys to long-term success. My programs are customized for your body, physical fitness level, lifestyle, and personal goals. My goal is to help you to create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable for YOU. The mind is such a powerful tool that can either limit your potential or push you to BE better and DO better for yourself and for your health. A positive mindset is imperative to your overall well being and plays an instrumental role in your success toward achieving and exceeding your goals. Being mindful is one of the core philosophies behind Mind Move Muscle. Be mindful of what you put in your mouth, how you care for your body, and how you prioritize your health.
Moving your body is a crucial aspect to wellness and longevity. Participating in a specific type of exercise is not nearly as important as it is to simply move your body more. It's important to remember that all activity counts (yes, even doing laundry and unloading groceries!) and increasing your overall activity will help get you closer to your health and fitness goals.
Strength training, resistance training, and building (and maintaining) muscle are all important for sustaining healthy functional movement and preventing osteoporosis particularly as we age. Having a fitness professional design a customized program for you that aligns with your goals and lifestyle while supporting you and holding you accountable can make all the difference in your success.

Workouts designed to ignite your metabolism and maintain that elevated metabolism for up to 48 hours after you complete your workout. Programs are also designed to reduce body fat while building lean, strong muscle and improving functional mobility. Workouts provide a combination of both cardiovascular training and resistance training using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands.
Learn how to fuel your body for long-term sustainable success based on your body, goals, experience, preferences, and lifestyle. Flexible nutrition with an emphasis on balance and moderation. Behavioral change coaching provides helpful guidance and tips on how to change your mindset and your habits.
Learn how to properly engage and strengthen the transverse abdominis (deep core) and pelvic floor muscles. Beneficial for postpartum moms or anyone who is wanting to improve core strength from the inside out. Benefits include a flatter stomach, stronger core, decreased back pain, improved balance, better bladder control, and more. Provides the proper foundation to complete more challenging core workouts as well as other types of workouts.
Q: Will I have to workout for an hour a day multiple days a week to see results?
A: No, I believe in finding a sustainable healthy balance for both your fitness as well as your nutrition that are realistic for you and your lifestyle. We will find a workout schedule and frequency that works for you. Typically, the workouts are approximately 30 minutes and I suggest working out 4-5 days a week.
Q: What kind of diet will help me to lose weight and keep it off?
A: I don't believe in dieting or food restriction. Mind Move Muscle teaches balanced nutrition that is sustainable long-term. I believe in fueling your body rather than starving it. I teach behavioral modifications and habit changes that will improve your health, help you feel better from the inside out, and maintain a healthy weight for the long haul IF that is your goal.
